Community Business Highlight: Ouri's Gourmet Market

Ouri Galili always had a passion for fresh fruits and vegetables. It was no surprise that in 1976 Galili opened up his own store selling top quality produce and called it Ouri’s Gourmet Market.

Galili’s mission was to bring high end products to his customers that are fresh every day. The produce comes in daily from every continent on the globe. Sourcing the best produce in their proper seasons from Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Israel, and so on to find the very best.

Currently, Ouri’s has two Brooklyn locations. The main store is on Ave U and their second is in Brighton Beach in which you can get their specialty items at discounted prices. There is also a seasonal location in Deal, NJ which remains open throughout the Summer.
