NJ- Wholesale Home wears Company is looking to hire an Associate Merchandise Manager for their Merchandising department. 

Job Description:

• Interface with design, merchandising, sales, product development and sourcing teams for seasonal product development
• Prepare and participate in customer vendor meetings and internal presentations
• Assist with competitive shopping trips, schedule set up and after trip recap meetings
• Contributes to and participates in line plan meetings
• Archival responsibility of new product samples, images and technical specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with focus on Merchandising and/or Fashion
• 2+ years’ experience in Product development or Merchandising is a must
• Top notch time management skills with the ability to multitask under shifting priorities
• Excellent written/oral communication skills
• Strategic thinking and management abilities
• Previous work in Home Textiles: bedding/bath/home décor industry preferred
• Current on fashion and technology trends/knowledge of Design is a plus
• Must be flexible with a can-do attitude
