Grain-Free Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: 

1 Cup Almond Flour

1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder

1 Tsp Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Eggs

1/3 Cup Organic Cane Sugar 

1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Pre heat the oven to 350*F.

In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients: almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and cane sugar. Mix well.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract.

Then, add the dry mixture to the wet and stir until its mixed well and stir in your chocolate chips.

On a baking tray start scooping about a tablespoon of the cookie batter and with a fork flatten the cookies. Bake for about 12-15 minutes and enjoy!
